Bestyrelse
Bestyrelsen for I/S REFA består af ni folkevalgte politikere fra Lolland og Guldborgsund kommuner. Lolland besætter fire pladser, mens Guldborgsund besætter fem. Fordelingen af bestyrelsespladser er en direkte afspejling af de to kommuners indbyggertal og ejerandel af I/S REFA.
